    Worldwide Week 2026: Celebrating Harvard's global connections

    From Oct. 11-18, the Office of the Vice Provost for International Affairs invites the Harvard community to join in celebrating Worldwide Week at Harvard, the University's annual event highlighting its engagement with the world. Harvard's Schools, departments, research centers, student organizations, and domestic and international offices host academic and cultural events with global or international themes. The program includes seminars and panel discussions on topics ranging from public health to global higher education to ethics and technology. OVPIA has hosted Worldwide Week since 2017. On Oct. 14, OVPIA hosts its third annual Harvard's Global Offices Information Table in the Science Center Plaza.

    Harvard Impact Labs announces 2026-2027 Impact Lab Development Fellowship faculty cohort

    Harvard Impact Labs has selected eight faculty from seven schools across Harvard University for the 2026-2027 Impact Lab Development Fellowship. Chosen through a competitive application process, the fellows participate in a nine-month fellowship providing training, coaching, and $25,000 in seed funding to develop collaborations with public and private leaders aimed at producing evidence-based, scalable solutions to social problems. The fellows span fields from education, law, and political science to public health, medicine, and anthropology. Monthly workshops are co-led by Danielle Allen, James Bryant Conant University Professor, and Jeffrey Liebman, Robert W. Scrivner Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
